早期先兆流产诊断中血清孕酮及CA125联合检测的应用分析
Serum progesterone and CA125 in early diagnosis of threatened abortion

Abstract
Objective To investigate diagnostic value and performance of serum progesterone and CA125 in the diagnosis of threatened abortion.Methods 57 women diagnosed with threatened abortion by admission examination at our hospital from,September 2015 to January,2016 were collected as study objects and were divided into two groups according to the pregnancy outcomes.48 healthy women taking physical examination during the same period were set as a control group.The serum levels,distribution,and performance of CA125 and P were compared between these 3 groups.Results There were statistical differences in the serum levels of CA125 and P between these 3 groups.The serum level of P was significantly lower and the level of CA125 was significantly higher in the adverse pregnancy outcome group than in the good pregnancy outcome group and the control group and were so in the good pregnancy outcome group than in the control group.There were statistical differences in the mean levels of CA125 and P and lower 25％ and upper 75％ quantile between these 3 groups,so the serum levels of CA125 and P could diagnose threatened abortion and predict the pregnancy outcomes.The combination of P and CA125 was sensitive and specific and had high diagnostic accuracy and low rates of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.Conclusions The combination of serum progesterone and CA125 in the diagnosis of early threatened abortion has high value and performance and is feasible.关键词
