基于Orem自护模式的护理理念对股骨头坏死患者术后生存质量的影响
The effect of nursing concept based on Orem self-care model on the quality of life of patients with femoral head necrosis after surgery

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of nursing concept based on Orem self-care model on the quality of life of patients with femoral head necrosis after surgery.Methods From August 2012 to August 2015,92 patients with femoral head necrosis treated by surgery were randomly divided into two groups,46 cases in each group.Control group received routine care,observation group received nursing based on Orem self-care model.Compared postoperative life quality score,hip function recovery,and nursing satisfaction of two groups.Results The scores of physical function,physical pain,vitality,social function,emotional function,mental health,overall health of observation group 6 months after surgery were higher than those of control group,with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).The total excellent and good rate of observation group was 93.48％,which was higher than 71.74％ of control group,with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of observation group was 97.83％,which was better than 80.43％ of control group,with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion Nursing concept based on Orem self-care model applied in patients with femoral head necrosis can significantly improve the quality of life of patients,promote functional recovery of hip joint,and improve nursing satisfaction.关键词
