Abstract
Objective To explore the related factors influencing the clinical effect of laparoscopic operation in the treatment of gallstones complicating by choledocholithiasis.Methods The clinical data of 152 cases of gallstones complicating by choledocholithiasis treated by laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from September 2011 to September 2015 were retrospectively analyzed.Analyzed the related factors influencing postoperative recurrence with single factor analysis and Logistic regression model analysis.Results There were 27 patients with postoperative recurrence and 125 patients without postoperative recurrence in 152 patients.And the age,the number of stones,the diameter of common bile duct,total bilirubin abnormality,residual stones,history of jaundice,and postoperative complications were related to the postoperative recurrence of patients with gallstones complicating by choledocholithiasis.Conclusion The influencing factors of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of gallstones complicating by choledocholithiasis were so many,clinicians should develop appropriate measures based on the specific circumstances of the patients to reduce the incidence of surgery.关键词
