信息-动机-行为模型护理在髋关节置换术后的临床应用
Clinical application of information-motivation-behavioral skills model nursing after total hip arthroplasty

Abstract
Objective To design a continuing nursing intervention program for post-operation rehabilitation exercise of total hip arthroplasty based on information-motivation-behavioral skills (IMB) model,and to study the clinical effect of the program applied in rehabilitation nursing of patients after total hip arthroplasty.Methods A total of 60 patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,30 patients in each group.The intervention group received conventional nursing care combined with IMB continuing nursing intervention program,while control group received conventional nursing care only.The schedule attainment of rehabilitation exercise program,and Harris hip score 1 week,1 month,and 3 months after operation were compared between two groups.Results The completion rate of rehabilitation exercise program in intervention group was significantly higher than that in control group (93.3％ vs.73.3％),with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).Harris hip score 1 week,1 month after operation in intervention group were higher than those in control group [(49.73±4.90) vs.(46.63+4.35),(71.30±5.22) vs.(68.90±4.42)],with statistically significant differences (P=0.010,0.014);there was no statistically significant difference in Harris hip score between two groups 3 months after operation [(83.20±5.51) vs.(81.30±5.25),P=0.185].Conclusion The nursing program based on IMB model can improve the compliance of rehabilitation exercise after total hip arthroplasty,and facilitate early functional rehabilitation after total hip arthroplasty.关键词
