Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of evidence-based nursing care in patients with breast cancer.Methods 128 cases of breast cancer treated in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Control group received routine care of breast cancer,and observation group received evidence-based nursing care based on routine care of breast cancer.Assessed the patients with SAS self-rating scale,SDS self-rating scale,and life quality self-rating scale before and after nursing.Results SAS score and SDS score of observation group after nursing were (37.10±5.15) and (41.95±7.89),which were significantly lower than those of control group (P＜0.05).The scores of each item of life quality of observation group after nursing were significantly higher than those of control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing care can significantly improve negative emotions of anxiety and depression in patients with breast cancer,and can significantly improve the quality of life of patients with breast cancer,with good clinical results,which can be further popularized in clinical care.关键词
