Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of risk management in clinical nursing work of NICU.Methods 90 neonates in our hospital from November 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into study group and reference group,45 cases in each group.Study group received nursing risk management,while reference group received traditional nursing management.Observed and compared nursing quality evaluation results,the incidence of neonatal risk events,and nursing satisfaction of children's families of two groups.Results The incidence of neonatal risk events in reference group and study group were 48.89％ and 8.89％,the satisfaction degree score of children's families were (90.45±1.87) and (95.56+1.48),NICU nursing quality evaluation results,the incidence of neonatal risk events,and nursing satisfaction of children's families of study group were better than those of reference group,with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).Conclusions In NICU clinical nursing work,the application of risk management can significantly improve nursing effect,reduce the incidence of neonatal risk events,improve nursing satisfaction of children's families,promote the formation of harmonious nurses-patients relationship,worthy of popularization and application in NICU.关键词
