影响新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎手术疗效的因素探讨
Factors influencing effect of surgery for neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis

Abstract
Objective To explore the factors influencing the effect of surgery for neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC).Methods The clinical data of 102 cases of NEC treated at our hospital from January,2010 to December,2014 and were retrospectively analyzed.The factors influencing the prognosis were analyzed and compared.Results Univariate analysis found that pneumoperitoneum,thrombocytopenia,the increase of CRP,peritonitis,intestinal obstruction etc.five factors P ≤ 0.2;these five factors as candidates for variables were put into the regression equation,and the results show that thrombocytopenia and the increase of CRP were independent risk factors for the effects of surgical therapy on NEC.Conclusions Platelet count and CRP should be monitored as the predictive factors for NEC patients especially for those who need operation.关键词
