Abstract
Objective To effectively understand the changes in non-tuberculosis mycobacteria and its drug resistance testing its drug sensitivity and analyzing the results.Methods 196 strains of non-tuberculosis mycobacteria isolated from the sputum and bronchial washing fluid of the patients with lung disease treated at our hospital from July,2013 to June,2015 were selected.The bacteria species and drug resistance were analyzed.Results The macteria mainly were mycobacterium avium-intracellulare,mycobacterium chelonei,mycobacterium chelonei and fortuitum complex,and Mycobacterium smegmatis,accounting for 31.6%,17.3%,14.8%,and 12.2%.Mycobacterium chelonei,mycobacterium chelonei and fortuitum complex,mycobaeterium avium-intracellulare,and Mycobacterium smegrnatis were sensitive to clarithromycin.The drug resistance rates of non-tuberculous mycobacteria to rifampin,streptomycin,isoniazid,ethambutol,levofloxacion,moxifloxacin,and protionamid were all over 60.0%.Conclusions Drug sensitive test for non-tuberculosis mycobacteria has important significance for elinicans choosing medicine treatment and improving treatment effect.关键词
