摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Biyanning combined with moxifloxacin in the treatment of patients with acute sinusitis and the influence on the levels of WBC and CRP.Methods 80 patients with acute sinusitis were randomly divided into a study group and a control group,40 cases for each group.The study group were treated withy Biyanning and moxifloxacin and the control group moxifloxacin for 2 weeks.Results After 2 weeks' treatment,there was statistical difference in total efficacy between these two groups (P ＜ 0.05).The scores of nasal congestion,headache,and runny nose and the levels of WBC and CRP were lower after than before treatment in both groups and were in the study group than in the control group after treatment (P ＜ 0.05).No serious adverse drug reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusions Biyanning combined with moxifloxacin in the treatment of patients with acute sinusitis is effective and can decrease the levels of WBC and CRP,so it has the important research significance.关键词
