Abstract
Objective To introduce the preparation technology,quality control standard,and clinical curative effect of Qingfeizhisou granule,a preparation made by our hospital.Methods According to the principles of heat-clearing and detoxicating and anti-inflammatory and resolving phlegm,the prescription was prepared and prepared into granules.Results The hospital-made Qingfeizhisou granules accorded with the relevant provisions of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia and its main active ingredients can be identified by thin layer chromatography.The clinical cure rate of upper respiratory tract infection was 40.00％,the improvement rate was 39.17％,the total effective rate was 79.17％,and no adverse clinical reactions were reported.Conclusion Qingfeizhisou granule is a scientifically designed preparation and has good quality,good clinical effect,and no adverse reactions,so it deserves further study.关键词
