Related factors of nosocomial infection in patients at department of hematology and the nursing countermeasures

Abstract
Objective To analyze the risk factors of nosocomial infection at department of hematology and provide some nursing countermeasures for the prevention and control of nosocomial infection,so as to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection at the department of hematology.Methods The clinical data of the cases treated at the department of hematology of our hospital from May,2013 to April,2015 were collected.The reasons of nosocomial infection were analyzed.The risk factors caused nosocomial infection were summarized and multiple regression analysis was carried out.And nursing countermeasures were made.Results Among the 180 cases at the department of hematology,21 got nosocomial infection,accounting for 11.7％.Among the 21 cases,24.0％ had leukemia.Age ＞ 60 years,operative time ＞ two weeks,taking ventilator (invasive procedures),chemotherapy,and using two or more than two antibiotics were independent risk factors for nosocomial infection.Conclusion Department of hematology is at high risk in occurring nosocomial infection and has more risk factors causing nosocomial infection,so the infectious source should be cut off and managed,so as to decrease the incidence of nosocomial infection and guarantee the treatment effect.关键词
