白癜风患者血清IL-10、TNF-α的检测结果分析
Clinical significance of serum interleukin-10 and tumor necrosis factor-α in patients with vitiligo
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the content of serum interleukin-10 (IL-10) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in patients with vitiligo and their clinical significance.Methods 46 cases of vitiligo (25 cases of stable stage,21 cases of advanced stage) in our hospital firom December 2014 to March 2016 were selected as observation group,30 healthy persons were selected as control group.The content of IL-10 and TNF-α were detected with ELISA.Results The content of IL-10 and TNF-α were (124.7±35.6)pg/ml and (98.4±15.7)pg/ml in observation group,and (169.5±38.7)pg/ml and (47.5± 12.4)pg/ml in control group,there were statistically significant differences in the levels of IL-10 and TNF-α between two groups (P＜0.05).The level of IL-10 in advanced stage group was lower than that in control group and stable stage group,and the level of TNF-α was significantly higher (P＜0.05).Conclusion The content of IL-10 and TNF-a are helpful to judge the condition of vitiligo.关键词
