人工股骨头置换与内固定治疗高龄无移位型股骨颈骨折的疗效研究
Efficacy of artificial femoral head replacement and internal fixation in the treatment of non displaced femoral neck fracture in the elderly patients

Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of artificial femoral head replacement and internal fixation in the treatment of non displaced femoral neck fracture in the elderly patients.Methods 56 elderly patients with non displaced femoral neck fracture (＞60 years old) in our hospital from October 2013 to May 2015 were selected as study group,all treated with artificial femoral head replacement.60 patients treated with internal fixation were selected as control group.The complications and the hip function score were evaluated and analyzed.Results The excellent and good rate of hip joint in study group 6 and 12 months after operation were 92.9％ (52/56) and 83.9％ (47/56),and those in control group were 78.3％ (47/60) and 68.3％ (41/60),the excellent and good rate in study group was better than that in control group at each time point after operation (P＜0.05).The incidence of perioperative complications in study group was significantly lower than that in control group (5.4％ vs.20.0％,P＜0.05).Conclusion Artificial femoral head replacement surgery can improve the hip function of elderly patients with non displaced femoral neck fracture,and reduce perioperative complications.关键词
