Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy, safety and satisfaction degree of Ⅰ phase and staged double knee arthroplasty in the treatment of osteoarthritis. Methods 67 patients undergoing double knee arthroplasty in our hospital from May 2012 to May 2015 were divided into Ⅰ phase group (Ⅰ phase double knee arthroplasty,n=39) and staged group (staged double knee arthroplasty,n=28) according to the replacement program.Compared the range of motion (ROM),pain degree (VAS),knee score (KSS),osteoarthritis index (WOMAC),length of stay, complications, and patients' satisfaction of two groups before and after the replacement. Results ROM,VAS score,KSS score, and WOMAC score in two groups significantly improved after replacement, with statistically significant differences before and aftr the replacement (P<0.05),without statistically significantdifferences between two groups (P>0.05).The hospitalization time of Ⅰ phase group was (16.4±2.5)d,significantly shorter than (29.2±2.8)d of staged group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).The incidence of complications of Ⅰ phase group was 28.2%,that of staged group was 21.4%,without statistically significant difference (P>0.05).Patients' satisfaction of Ⅰ phase group was 87.2%,significantly higher than 64.3% of stage dgroup, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Ⅰ phase and staged double knee arthroplasty for the treatment of osteoarthritis has high safety and good effect, but Ⅰ phase double knee arthroplasty eliminates second operation, significantly reduces hospitalization time and medical cost, with higher patients' satisfaction.关键词
