Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of WeChat education in continuous nursing care for discharged patients with stroke.Methods A total of 90 cases of stroke in our hospital were selected as the research object,and divided into control group and observation group with the random number table method.Control group received conventional discharge guidance,and observation group received continuing nursing care with WeChat on the basis of conventional discharge guidance.The medication compliance and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The rate of disease awareness,mastering the use of drugs,regular medication in observation group were significantly better than those in control group (97.78％ vs.86.87％,97.78％ vs.82.22％,97.78％ vs.84.44％).After 6 months' intervention,the score of life quality in observation group was significantly better than that in control group [(94.90±2.62) vs.(89.80±2.43)].Conclusions WeChat education applied in continuous nursing care for discharged patients with stroke has exact effect,which can significantly improve the treatment compliance of patients,significantly improve the quality of life of patients after disease.关键词
