Abstract
Objective To study the effect of tracking comprehensive rehabilitation nursing mode on postoperative rehabilitation outcomes of patients undergoing coronary stent implantation.Methods 128 patients undergoing coronary stent implantation were chosen,and divided into two groups according to the date of admission.62 cases in tracking nursing group were given tracking comprehensive rehabilitation nursing mode,while 66 cases in routine nursing group were given conventional treatment and care.Compared postoperative rehabilitation outcomes of two groups.Results The levels of blood pressure and blood lipid in two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,the changes in tracking nursing group were more significant,with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).The intensity of exercise tolerance,chest tightness seizure frequency,ejection fraction in tracking nursing group were better than those in routine nursing group,with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).Conclusion Tracking comprehensive rehabilitation nursing mode can effectively improve the cardiac rehabilitation function of patients undergoing coronary stent implantation,worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
