白介素-9基因多态性及其血清水平与黑衣壮儿童哮喘发病的关系
Association of gene polymorphisms and serum level of interleukin-9 with asthma in black-clothes Zhuang ethnic children
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the association of gene polymorphisms of rs2069882 and rs2069885 loci and serum level of interleukin-9 (IL-9) with asthma in black-clothes Zhuang ethnic children .Methods Eighty children with asthma in remission and 100 healthy controls were enrolled in total .Gene polymorphisms of rs 2069882 and rs2069885 loci of IL-9 gene were detected by polymerase chain reaction-ligase detection reaction,while serum IL-9 level was measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay .Genotype,allele distribution,and serum level of IL-9 in both groups were analyzed.Results Only CC genotype was detected on rs2069885 locus of IL-9.As for the rs2069882 locus,only CC and AA genotype was detected ,but no significant difference was observed in AA and AG genotype or allele distribution between the two groups(P>0.05).Serum level of IL-9 was lower in the healthy group than in the asthma group(P<0.05).Conclusion Gene polymorphisms rs2069882 locus of IL-9 might not the risk factor for asthma in black-clothes Zhuang ethnic children,however,the increased serum IL-9 might be associated with the occurrence of asthma.关键词
