双模式联合镇痛方案在膝骨性关节炎患者人工膝关节置换术后快速康复中的应用效果

Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of dual-mode analgesic scheme in enhanced recovery after total knee arthroplasty ( TKA) in patients with knee osteoarthritis ( KOA) .Methods Sixty-five patients with KOA undergoing unilateral TKA were selected ,and randomly divided into control group(n=31) or experimental group(n=34).Both groups were administrated with parecoxib sodium intravenously right after surgery,2 days and 3 days after surgery.The experimental group was externally given buprenorphine transdermal patches 1 day before surgery. Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) 2 days and 4 days after surgery,hospital stay,and the postoperative usage dose of tramadol were compared between the two groups.Results VAS of 2 days and 4 days after surgery,hospital stay,and postoperative usage dose of tramadol in the experimental group were less than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with KOA undergoing TKA,dual-mode analgesic scheme can obtain a good analgesic effect,shorten the hospitalization period,and relieve patients′pain in the rehabilitation process.关键词
