神经节苷脂治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病对血气及血清炎症因子水平的影响
Influence of gangl ioside on the blood gas analysis and serum inflammatory cytokines in new-borns with anoxic ischemic encephalopathy

Abstract
[ABSTRACT]Objective:To observe the influence of ganglioside on the blood gas analysis and serum levels of inflammatory cytokines in newborns with anoxic ischemic encephalopathy Methods:A total of 100 newborns with anoxic ischemic encephalop-athy in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups:the control group and the observation group.Conven-tional oxygen inhalation,reducing intracranial pressure,controlling eclampsia and neurotrophic drug treatment were given to the observation group.Treatment of ganglioside was given to the control group on the basis of observation group.Blood gas a-nalysis and serum levels of inflammatory cytokines were detected before treatment (T0),3 days after treatment (T1),and 7 days after treatment (T2).Results:①The comparison of pH、PaO 2 ,PaCO 2 ,SaO 2 in the two groups in T0 was not statistical-ly significant (P >0.05).The comparison of pH,PaO 2 ,PaCO 2 ,SaO 2 in T0,T1,T2 was considered to be statistically signifi-cant (P <0.05).Among these,the comparison results of PH,PaO 2 ,SaO 2 :T0<T1<T2;comparison of PaCO 2 :T0>T1>T2.The pH,PaO 2 ,SaO 2 in observation group were higher,PaCO 2 in observation group was lower compared with that in con-trol group in T1 and T2.The difference was considered to be statistically significant (T1t p H = 7.021,T1t P a O 2 = 9.036, T1t P a C O 2 =1 1.052,T1t S a O 2 =42.31 5,T2t p H =6.332,T2t Pa O 2 =8.652,T2t P a C O 2 =10.1 72,6 T2t S a O 2 =35.412,P <0.05).②The comparision of IL-2,IL-6,hs-CRP,TNF-αin the two groups in T0 was not statistically significant (P >0.05).IL-2 in the observation in T1 and T2 was higher than that in the control group,IL-6,hs-CRP,TNF-αin the observation in T1 and T2 was lower than that in the control group.The difference was considered to be statistically significant [T1t I L - 2 =6.355,T1t I L - 6 =35.685,T1t h s - C R P =13.1 14,T1t T N F -α=21.065,T2t I L - 2 = 7.083,T2t I L - 6 =46.372,T2t h s - C R P = 14.385,T2t T N F -α= 29.384 (P <0.05)].Conclusions:Ganglioside can improve blood gas analysis indexes,and decrease the serum inflammatory cytokines in newborns with anoxic ischemic encephalopathy.关键词
