游离二氧化硅所致肺成纤维细胞转分化过程中 DNA 甲基化差异基因的 MeDIP-seq检测
Detection of different DNA methylated genes in transdifferentiation of lung fibroblasts caused by free SiO 2 using MeDIP-seq
摘要
Abstract
Aim:To examine the different DNA methylated genes and possible mechanism in the transdifferentiation of lung fibroblasts caused by free SiO 2 .Methods: The primary macrophages and fibroblasts of SD rats were cultured , and then co-cultured.DNA methylation in fibroblasts with different infected time (0,24,48 h) was detected by MeDIP-seq. Results:A total of 8 791 different DNA methylated genes were discovered in all the three groups , and a further more anal-ysis about those genes in KEGG pathway was performed by DAVID .The different DNA methylated genes were found en-riched in metabolism , environmental information processing , cellular processes , organismal systems , human diseases path-way,etc.Conclusion:A large number of different DNA methylated genes and pathways exist in the pathogenesis of silico -sis, which is valuable for further study .关键词
