摘要

Abstract

Aim:To research the preventive effects and mechanism of infant bifidobacteria on liver fibrosis of mice in -duced by concanavalin A(ConA).Methods: The mice were randomly allocated into three groups: normal group, model group and infant bifidobacteria-treated group,12 in each group.The ConA solution(12.5 mg/kg) was given by intravenous injection to the model group and infant bifidobacteria-treated group once a week , normal group and model group were given normal saline by gavage ,and infant bifidobacteria-treated group was given infant bifidobacteria (0.5 g/kg) by gavage once a day.After 7 weeks, liver weight index, liver function, concentrations of HA and PCⅢin serum, as well as collagen Ⅰ, collagen Ⅲ, MMP-1, MMP-2, MMR-9, TIMP-1,TNF-α, IL-6, IL-10 in liver tissue were determined .Results: Infant bifidobacteria could decrease liver weight index (P<0.05), improve the liver function(P<0.05), decrease the serum concentrations of HA and PC Ⅲ(P<0.05), decrease the contents of collagen Ⅰ, collagen Ⅲ, MMP-2, MMR-9, TIMP-1,TNF-α, IL-6(P<0.05) in mice liver tissue, and increase the contents of MMP-1 and IL-10 in mice liver tissue(P<0.05).Conclusion:Infant bifidobacteria could prevent liver fibrosis of mice induced by ConA .
