摘要

Abstract

Aim:To investigate the effect of adenosine A 2A receptor on basic rhythmic respiratory discharge activity ( RRDA) of medulla oblongata slice from neonatal mice .Methods: Medulla oblongata slices in vitro from neonatal mice were prepared, and then perfused with artificial cerebrospinal fluid (ACSF) which containing 0.0, 2.5, 5.0, 10.0, 20.0 nmol/L adenosine A2A receptor agonist CGS21680 or antagonist SCH58261 for 10 min.At the 6th min of perfusion, ad-sorption electrode was used to record the inhale duration (TI), discharge integral amplitude (IA) and respiratory cycle (RC).Results:CGS21680 could shorten RC, increase TI and IA(P<0.001), excite RRDA;SCH58261 could extend RC, reduce TI and IA(P<0.001),and has inhibitory effect on RRDA.Conclusion: The adenosine A2A receptor may play an excitatory role in RRDA of medulla oblongata in neonatal mice .
