河南省农村育龄妇女不良妊娠结局影响因素分析
Influencing factors of adverse pregnancy outcomes among women of child-bearing age in rural areas of Henan Province

Abstract
Aim:To explore the risk factors of adverse pregnancy outcomes among women of childbearing age in rural areas of Henan Province .Methods:The study was conducted on 17 911 couples of childbearing age in 4 counties in Henan Province in 2012.The disease history, birth history, family history, living habits,etc were obtained through the question-naire survey , and their pregnancy and pregnancy outcomes were followed up .The influencing factors of adverse pregnancy outcomes were analyzed by logistic regression analysis .Results: The age of women was between 20 -47 years, among them, 31-years old women accounted for about 4.1%(731/17 911), >35 years old women accounted for about 1.0%(181/17 911), women with junior middle school education level or lower accounted for about 75.0%(13 438/17 911) and farmers accounted for about 86.0%(15 395/17 911).The proportion of women who got pregnant within one year ac-counted for about 73.5%(13 137/17 864), among them 12 506 had normal live births, and 631 had adverse pregnancy outcome.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that advanced age (OR=3.600, 95%CI=1.164 -11.134), previous adverse pregnancy history(OR=5.607, 95%CI=1.641-19.162), and supplement of folic acid(OR=0.598, 95%CI=0.383-0.935) were the influencing factors of adverse pregnancy outcomes .Conclusion: Advanced age and previous adverse pregnancy history are the independent risk factors of adverse pregnancy outcomes , and the supplement of folic acid is the protective factor .关键词
