摘要

Abstract

In order to increase the weld performance of coiled tubing butt welding, get high quality butt weld, based on the analysis of tube-tube butt welding method and characteristics, it briefly introduced the selection principle of the tungsten electrode, shielding gas and filling material, as well as preparing work before welding. Combined with the characteristics of coiled tubing and welding process, it put forward some measures, including adopting multi-layer and multi-pass welding to control heat input, interlayer-temperature, accelerated cooling and heat treatment, to achieve the purpose of weld grain refining, improving the welded joint performance. Finally, it pointed that the current domestic automatic welding of coiled tubing technology is still not mature, still need to continue to increase research and keep improving.
