摘要

Abstract

Based on one-year Atractylodes lancea seedlings in different periods of sampling,root diameter, fresh and dry weight of ground part and underground part,root shoot ratio were measured,and the anatomic structures related to herbal quality were analyzed. The results showed that Atractylodes lancea rhizome diameter displayed a continued growth trend,with May to June and August for the rapid growth stage. The root shoot ratio reached a maximum on July 16th,and the dynamic growth of the total dry matter was in accordance with S type growth curve. The content of soluble sugar in the leaves of Atractylodes lancea first increased and then decreased, which reached the maximum on May 7th. The oil chamber density at the beginning of June reached the maximum,and then decreased rapidly,while the oil chamber diameter showed a rising trend. July was the rapid accumulation period of atractylodin,the effective component of Atractylodes lancea.
