17例颅内血管外皮细胞瘤临床分析

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of total resection and adjuvant radiotherapy for intracranial hemangioperi‐cytomas(HPC) .Methods A total of 17 patients with intracranial HPC from January 2006 to December 2014 were included in this retrospective study .We analyzed the clinical presentations ,clinical pathological data ,imaging features ,treatment efficacy and follow-up outcomes .Results The ages of the patients at the time of diagnosis ranged from 19 to 71 years old(46.2 ± 9.3) . Twelve of the patients were male(70.6% )and the other 5 patients were female(29.4% ) .The majority of the tumors were loca‐ted in the parasagittal and cerebral falx .A grossly total resection was achieved in 10 cases(58.8% )and partial resection in 7 ca‐ses(41.2% ) .Thirteen patients (70.1% )underwent postoperative adjuvant radiotherapy .Follow-up period after operation ranged from 12 to 106 months(69.18 ± 5.72) .The local recurrence rate was 35.3% (6/17) ,and there were no distant metasta‐ses .Conclusion Grossly total tumor resection for patients receiving initial surgeries is very necessary ,and adjuvant radiothera‐py can reduce the local recurrence rate of HPC Patients .关键词
