出血性卒中与缺血性卒中危险因素比较
Comparison of risk factors between hemorrhagic stroke and ischemic stroke
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of various risk factors on ischemic stroke and hemorrhagic stroke .Methods Clinical data from 3102 stroke cases including medical history ,lifestyle ,clinical examinations and biochemical indicators were recruited in our study .Epidata software was used to set up database and SAS9.2 was used to analyze the data .Results The OR values of time of admission ,hospitalization stays ,hypercholesteremia ,diabetes mellitus history ,heart disease history ,atrial fibrillation history ,cerebral stroke history and smoking were 3.36 ,4.953 ,3.375 ,2.224 ,2.394 ,2.362 ,3.573 ,2.076 and 2.885 ,respectively in ischemic stroke group .The OR values of respiration ,temperature ,heart rate ,hyperglycemia ,Tbil and hy‐pertension were 0.824 ,0.390 ,0.673 ,0.425 ,0.594 ,0.598 and 0.934 ,respectively in hemorrhagic stroke group .Conclusion Time of admission ,hospitalization stays ,hypercholesteremia ,diabetes mellitus history ,heart disease history ,atrial fibrillation history ,cerebral stroke history and smoking play more tremendous effects on ischemic stroke ,while respiration ,temperature , heart rate ,hyperglycemia ,Tbil and hypertension may exert greater influences on hemorrhagic stroke .关键词
