摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of escitalopram versus venlafaxine in the treatment of post-stroke depression in elderly patients .Methods After selecting 80 cases with post-stroke depression from March 2014 to May 2016 treated in our hospital in our study ,we divided all cases into observation group which received escitalopram and control group which received venlafaxine ,40 cases in each group .Clinical efficacy of two groups were comparatively analyzed .Results One week and two weeks after treatment ,the observation group showed less HAMD scores and lower incidence of adverse events compared with the control group(all P<0.05) .Conclusion Compared with venlafaxine ,the clinical efficacy of escitalopram in the treatment of post-stroke depression may be satisfactory and should be widely applied .关键词
