摘要

Abstract

Using Data of 35 large and medium cities from 2003 to 2013,this paper analyses the immigrant population,the permanent resident population,the industrial structure and the real estate market demand of various cities.It is found that the large city has larger real estate sales,cities service industry tend to have higher average house prices,and cities under the housing market,destocking pressure have significant manufacturing economy characteristics.Quantative research proves that immigrant population can promote the rise of all kinds cities’ real estate market demand.The improvement of urban service industry proportion of the first-tier and second-tier cities would expand the real estate market demand.And the development of the manufacturing industry in the third-tier and fourth-tier cities is beneficial to enlarge the real estate market demand.
