精益生产下工作设计对员工工作生活质量的影响
Job Design Under Lean Production and the Quality of Working Life

Abstract
Lean production,originated from TOYOTA,has become the mainstream of manufacturing production,greatly improving the performance and competitiveness of organizations.However,studies examining the relationship between lean production and employees’ working life have yielded contradictory findings.This paper proposes and tests a model of job design under lean production using the job demands-resources framework,divides the resources and demands of lean production and discusses the effect of lean production on psychosocial outcomes at the employee level with alternative estimation of the latent variable model.The data supports the direct and interactive effects of lean-specific resources and demands in the prediction of employee job involvement and exhaustion.关键词
