摘要

Abstract

Based on the conservation of resources theory,this paper investigated the effect of emotional labor on employees’ turnover intention by using data collected from 22 1 service firms’ employees.Moreover,this paper examined the mediating effect of emotional exhaustion and the moderating effect of perceived organizational support. The results indicate that:surface acting plays a positive effect on turnover intention of employees,emotional exhaustion partially mediates the relationship between surface acting and emotional exhaustion,and perceived organizational support moderates the relationship between emotional exhaustion and employees’ turnover intention.
