Abstract
Under the background of the Third Industrial Revolution,characterized by a fusion of technologies, especially the internet is showing huge innovation potential.By exploring main concepts and characteristics,this paper tries to reveal the convergence mechanism of“internet plus”and the manufacturing industry,to identify the effect of the breakthrough and utilization of new information,communications and technology (ICT ) on the operation,structure and competitive performance of China's manufacturing companies.It also explores the combination and path of transforming the manufacturing industryby“internet plus”with foreign modes and analysis. Then,focusing on the institutional,technological and epistemic obstacles,relevant policies and suggestions are proposed.关键词
