摘要

Abstract

The complex multi-factor affecting the development of manufacturing industry is chosen as the research perspective,and the measure model of“unlocked”function index in manufacturing is constructed based on the extension theory and correlation function,and the evaluation index system has five dimensions,including“economic development,technology innovation,energy control,environmental protection and social security”. Moreover,the “unlock”function is evaluated on the basis of longitudinal sequence measure,transverse section analysis and drive elements research in the future.Results show that,the“unlock”function has a good development trend from “poor”to “moderate”then to “high”level from 2004 to 2013.However,the holistic level of the“unlock”function and the ability index level of China are still not satisfactory,because all ability index levels are less than the general requirement of“Optimal”.Manufacturing“unlock”functions in 30 provinces has been formed the “five big gradient”,and the majority of provinces were focused on “high”and “moderate”levels.In addition, it also has distribution characteristics that the eastern region has leaded advantage,the central region has ability to catch up and the development is needed in western region.Although the urban linkage effect of manufacturing is relatively significant,local regions levels’ could be declined.The level of manufacturing unlock function would be remained stable,and the labor productivity,the cultivation of the talents of science and technology,major scientific and technological achievements transformation,clean energy substitution effect should be improved,and they could be the important driving force for the later stage of manufacturing.
