Abstract
The disorder of cardiac electrical activity is the essencial cause of arrhythmia.Among all the influential factors resulting in abnormalities of cardiac electrical activity,mechanical tension is an important one.Mechanical-tension-related arrhythmia is closely associated with clinical prac-tice,and arises more and more attention gradually.It is verified by research that abnormal mechano-electrical feedback is one of the important mechanisms of arrhythmia.This paper elaborates the cel-lular electrophysiological mechanism of mechanical arrhythmia and research progress.关键词
