摘要
Abstract
With the monitoring technology of remote ambulatory electrocardiography(AECG),ECG data are transmitted by mobile communication.Since the remote AECG monitoring system is easy to be operated, users in monitoring terminals would be familiar with its manipulation after simple training.Therefore,be-sides being applied in monitoring critical patients in hospital,more important is that the system can be pop-ularized in primary medical institutions,non-medical institutions(such as geracomiums)and the population who need long-term ECG monitoring.It has obvious advantages in monitoring irregular paroxysmal arrhyth-mia and myocardial ischemia,and also valuable in reducing the incidence of cardiovascular events and im-proving the life quality of patients.This paper summarizes the composition of remote AECG monitoring sys-tem,the operating process of AECG examination and writing standards of AECG report.关键词
