摘要

Abstract

Mixer granulators are used to mix different powder ingredients and process them into ex-plosive pellets.According to the actual production control requirement of the equipment,a hybrid granula-tion automatic control system based on the host computer and the programmable controller was designed to realize the functions of on site control,parameter setting,and process monitoring.The overall frame-work of the control system,the design of the hardware and software,and the realization of the communi-cation were also discussed in this paper.
