Experience of Standardized Training for Residents of Medical Imaging Specialty Under the New Situation

Abstract
The standardized training mode of residents has been definitely established, which is in accordance with China’s national situation. However, how to carry out a training program and put the training contents into practice has become the key emphasis in work. Here, we will brielfy introduce our experience on standardized training of radiology residents under the new situation, including the detailed methods of training radiology residents, achievements, summary of experience, and areas that still leave room for improvement.关键词
