早期应用二甲双胍联合沙格列汀治疗改善2型糖尿病的管理

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of metformin combined with saxagliptin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes. Methods 80 cases patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to our hospital from May 2013 to May 2014 were enrolled and randomly divided into control group (metformin, n=40) and treatment group (metformin+saxagliptin, n=40), the effect of the two groups were observed. Results After treatment, two groups were signiifcant improvements in glucose and HbAlc and improving more signiifcantly in the treatment group, the difference had statistically signiifcance (P<0.05);12 W after treatment, the clinically effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that of control group, the difference had statistically signiifcance (P<0.05). Conclusion Metformin combined with saxagliptin can reduce blood sugar in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.关键词
