顺德区全人群恶性肿瘤监测报告
The study about establishing malignant monitoring system for whole Shunde population
摘要
Abstract
Objective To learn cancer incidence and mortality data in the whole population in Shunde District from 2014 to 2016 for formulating cancer control strategies and improving tumor monitoring system .Methods Data of malignant tumor patients from 2014 to 2016 in Shunde district were collected ,Excel 2007 software was used to eliminating duplicate data ,then CHECK software was used to auditing data ,SPSS18 .0 software was used to analysis 3 years (2014-2016 years) Shunde district population of ,check and audit by CHECK software ,SPSS18 .0 software was used to analysis the crude rate of incidence and mortality of malignant tumor in Shunde ,and rate of incidence ,mortality of malignant tumor in different age ,gender ,region of Shunde .Results Cancer inci-dence rate of the whole population in Shunde District from 2014 to 2016 was 275 .37/100000 ,the mortality rate was 265 .82/100000 ,the cross-sectional reduction rate of population aged 35 to 64 was 532 .56/100000 ,total incidence rate in population aged 0 to 64 was 24 .46% ,the cumulative mortality rate was 19 .35% .The cumulative incidence rate of population aged 0 to 74 was 24 .46% ,the cumulative mortality rate was 23 .46% .Main malignant cancer of the whole population was liver cancer ,lung cancer ,e-sophageal cancer ,nasopharyngeal cancer and colon cancer .Conclusion The cancer incidence and mortality of whole population in Shunde District from 2014 to 2016 was rising ,it was necessary to strengthen monitoring and preventing of cancer .关键词
