摘要
Abstract
Acute pancreatitis has uncertain and complicated conditions,and non -surgical treatment is mainly used during the early stage. However,as for the causes of acute pancreatitis in early stage,timely surgical intervention should be given to control some causes.This arti-cle also elaborates on the application of percutaneous drainage and video -assisted minimally invasive surgery.It is pointed out that there are still controversies over the advantages and disadvantages of minimally invasive surgery and conventional laparotomy and how to select video -assisted minimally invasive surgery,and that in depth studies are still needed in future.关键词
