氯化锂促进大鼠胫骨牵张成骨的研究
Experimental study on lithium chloridein of distracted bone regeneration in rats

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of systematic administrated lithium on distraction osteogenesis in a rat model. Methods:Forty adult male Sprague⁃Dawley rats undergoing osteotomy of the right tibia diaphysis. Rats were divided e⁃qually into experiment and control groups. Lithium or saline treatment were administrated through gastric gavage until the rats were killed. Distraction(rate 0. 6 mm/day)began on the 7 th postoperative day continued for 14 days. Following 8 weeks con⁃solidation period,the distracted tibias in both groups were harvested and examined by X⁃ray plain radiography,histology,dual⁃energy X⁃ray absorptiometry,Micro⁃CT and biomechanical tests. Results:Compared with the control group,there were higher bone mineral density,more mature new bone tissue,and better regenerated bone mass continuity in the distraction gaps in ex⁃periment group. Conclusion:Lithium treatment could increase bony callus ossification volume, accelerate distracted tissue mineralization and promote bone regeneration during distraction osteogenesis in the rat. Systemic administration of lithium may provide a feasible approach for promoting osteogenesis during distraction osteogenesis.关键词
