Abstract
Objective:Explored the correlation between CXCLl6 and CXCR6 expressed in gingival tissues of healthy people and patients with aggressive periodontitis. Methods:From May 2013 to May 2014,gingival tissues were chosed from people who came to our dental clinics for treatment. There were 60 cases of healthy people and 52 cases of patients with ag⁃gressive periodontitis. Immunohistochemical method were used to test and compare the positive expression of CXCLl6 and re⁃ceptor CXCR6 in gingival tissues of the two groups of subjects,and then to conduct the spear man rank correlation analysis. Results:①The positive rate of chemokine CXCLl6 in gum tissue of healthy people was 36. 67%,the positive rate of aggres⁃sive periodontitis patients group was 92. 31%,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0. 05). The positive rate of receptor CXCR6 in gingival tissues chemokine of healthy people was 28. 33%,the positive rate of aggressive periodontitis pa⁃tients group was 100%,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0. 05).②In control group,there were 29 cases whose expression of CXCLl6 and receptor CXCR6 were negative,for 8 cases were positive,there was no correlation between the two (P> 0�05). In Aggressive periodontitis patients group,there was no case whose expression of CXCLl6 and receptor CXCR6 were negative,for 48 cases were positive,both of the expression were positively correlation(P< 0. 05). Conclusion:The pos⁃itive expression of CXCLl6 and receptor CXCR6 in patients with aggressive periodontitis gum tissue were higher than in healthy people. And CXCLl6 and receptor CXCR6 in patients with aggressive periodontitis were positively correlated. CXCLl6 and receptor CXCR6 may be both associated with aggressive periodontitis disease,and work together.关键词
