石辛含片治疗急性智齿冠周炎的临床疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective:Investigate the clinical efficacy of Shixin tablets in treating acute pericoronitis of the third mo⁃lar. Method:A total of 100 cases of acute pericoronitis were selected,and equally divided into the treatment group and the control group. In treatment group,patients treated with cefdinir and suck Shixin tablet. In control group,patients treated with cefdinir,and additionally took pericoronal rinsing once a day. Clinical efficacy evaluated after 5 days. Results:After the treat⁃ment,the reduced rate of the number of oral bacterial colony in treatment group was significantly higher than control group. The time of alleviating pain of treatment group was significantly shorter than control group,and persistent duration of relieving in treatment group was longer. Conclusion:Our research showed that Shixin tablet has more favorable efficacy in the treat⁃ment of acute pericoronitis of the third molar.关键词
