ezDSD软件在前牙美学修复中的应用
The application of ezDSD software in esthetic anterior teeth restoration
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical application of ezDSD software in esthetic anterior teeth restoration. Methods:Thirty patients with esthetic problems in their anterior teeth were included and divided into two groups randomly that the 15 patients of experimental group and 15 patients of control group. The ezDSD software was used for the esthetic anal⁃ysis of patients in the experimental group before diagnostic wax⁃up. As for the control group,the regular design method was applied. The temporary teeth according to diagnostic wax⁃up of both groups were made and consulted with patients before final restorations. The time consuming in the first insertion of each temporary teeth in both groups was recorded. The satisfaction to prostheses and the facial appearance were evaluated by the patients. Results:The time consuming in the first insertion of the experimental group was much shorter than that in the control group(P<0. 05). All patients were satisfied with the treatment outcome. Conclusion:The software of ezDSD is efficient for successful restoration of anterior tooth within short time.关键词
