变频滚动转子式压缩机热力性能的试验研究
The Experimental Investigation for Thermo Performance of Inverter Rotary Compressor
摘要
Abstract
To experimentally analysis the thermo performance of inverter rotary compressor with R32 in different compression frequency and superheated temperature at evaporator outlet,the opening of electronic expansion valve and the frequency of inverter compressor are changed. The results show that the electrical efficiency of compressor at low frequency range (25~35 Hz) is grea-ter than that at high frequency range (40~60 Hz),and the volumetric efficiency of compressor at low frequency range is less than that at high frequency range. In addition,for different temperature of chilled water,the tendency of electrical efficiency and the volumetric efficiency with various compressor frequency varying with superheated temperature are not similar. Moreover,when su-perheated temperature at 4~6 K,the performance of compressor reaches optimum.关键词
