摘要

Abstract

Due to the special principle of the internal gear pumps,it is difficult to establish an adequate numerical model due tothe problem of very small gaps and the application of moving mesh method. Moreover, there is a remarkable internal leakage forthe internal gear pumps under high pressure conditions and the calculation accuracies are hard to guarantee. Based on this prob-lem,this work is to developa numerical model for fluid calculations of internal gear pumps with a high working pressure and to an-alyze the hydraulic performances of the pumps. Meanwhile,to get a more accurate result,the viscosity wall surface method is also included in the numerical model to simulate the engagement of the two gears. The results present that the proposed model can pro-vide a more reasonable solutionand the results obtainedcould provide some references for the fluid analysis of the internal gear pumps.
