摘要

Abstract

For dynamic balance optimization design of scroll compressor transmission system, the optimization objective was bearing support force,bottom plate of the box body of the supporting force,torque input and corresponding value of the standard deviation of combination function;the constraint conditions were the bearing rated static load of 10% and the total balance block quality. The optimization size was balance block axial layout and influence the quality and centroid position size. The method of multidisciplinary design optimization was the combination with experimental study and genetic algorithm NSGA-Ⅱ. The simulation analysis shows that the method can better get the optimal value of overall balance performance. The method to improve the effi-ciency of scroll compressor transmission system design has a certain practical significance.
