基于ICEPAK的液冷冷板散热的性能分析
Performance Analysis on Heat Sinking of Liquid-cooling Cold Plate based on ICEPAK

Abstract
In order to design a liquid-cooling cold plate to deal with cooling problem of electronic equipment,under the circum-stance of a restricted flow channel area,three new kinds of shape of the flow channel are adopted. ICEPAK simulation software is applied to carry on the analysis of thermal simulation to explore their thermal performance. In the restricted area,the cross-section-al area of three kinds of flow channel is kept the same,so does the inlet flow,thereby controlling the flow rate equal. The flow channels uniform in the area and the curve about temperature-numbers of channels of each kind of shape is gotten through chan-ging numbers of the flow channels,and then the cooling performance of each flow channel can be analyzed by comparing with each other. At the same time,experimental verification of these three programs is carried out to make sure consistency of the simulation results with the experimental data. The results show that the program of shape of double flow channel has a better cooling perform-ance and can better meet the design requirements.关键词
