天然次生林杉木枝材与干材材性比较
Comparison of characteristics of branch and truck of Cunninghamia lanceolata from natural secondary forest

Abstract
The density, shrinkage and bulking ratio, chemical compositions, tangential section chromaticity, cellulose crystalline and pyrolysis characteristics of branch and truck wood were measured and compared to each other. Results showed that the basic and air⁃dried density of branch wood were greater than that of truck wood. The tangential and volume shrinkage of branch wood from green to bone dry were smaller than that of truck wood. Similarly, compared to the truck wood, the tangential and volume bulking rate of branch wood were 60% and 74%, respectively. On the other hand, the redial shrinkage and bulking rate from green to bone dry were almost equal for these two types of wood. The cellulose crystalline of branch wood was (41�15±1�47)%, and much less than that of truck wood (65�86± 1�44)%. The tangential brightness value of branch wood was lower than that of truck wood. However, a∗ and b∗values were obviously different in heartwood and sapwood from branch and truck wood. The chromatic aberration of sapwood vs sapwood and heartwood vs heartwood of branch and truck wood were 17�981 and 13�482, respectively. The chief weightlessness temperature range was from 150℃ to 375℃ in branch wood,but which was from 230℃ to 375℃ in truck wood. When the pyrolysis temperature exceed 375℃, the weight loss ratio in branch wood was less than that in truck wood. All of these suggested that it should select different methods and application areas for the utili⁃zation of branch and truck wood from Chinese fir. Therefore, it is desired to provide theoretical basis in order to effi⁃ciently utilize the branch wood from Chinese fir.关键词
