医患关系对医务工作者工作倦怠的影响
The effect of Doctor-patient Relationship on Job Burnou
摘要
Abstract
Based on the 700 medical professionals who works in M city of Heilongjiang's sample data,we study about the medical professionals'resilience works as the intermediary role between the doctor-patient relationship and the job burnout. Our conclusions are as follows:(1)There's a significant positive correlation between the doctor-patient relationship and the job burnout.(2)There's a significant negative correlation between the doctor-patient relationship and resilience.(3)There 's a significant negative correlation between the resilience and resilience job burnout.(4)Medical professionals'resilience works as the intermediary role between the doctor-patient relationship and the job burnout.The higher the level of resili-ence,medical professionals by mitigating the effects of perceived doctor-patient relationship on the level of job burnout on the impact of the stronger.Finally,we discussed the theoretical significance and application value of the study.关键词
